The Isle Of Underwater On Flowerpot Island, Canada.

Shedding light on the fact that the Georgian Bay area was once completely submerged underwater, Flowerpot Island (now a UNESCO World Heritage Site) is home to various pillar-like formations, eroded over time by devastating currents some few million years ago.

Located on the Bruce Peninsula, Flowerpot Island previously served as a collecting ground for the Ojibway peoples, as well as established itself as a major trading route during its time. This can be seen by the various shipwrecks found throughout the area; contemporarily providing an excellent resource for scuba diving to those interested within North America.

However, to the dismay of most individuals who are afraid of reptiles, garter snakes can be found en masse throughout the entire island when one decides to veer (not-so-far, but still) off the beaten path.
